📖 How It Works

Bungee jumping has no single worldwide minimum age — every operator sets its own rules based on local law, insurance policies, and equipment design. In practice, the vast majority of commercial sites require jumpers to be at least 14, many operators set the bar at 16, and a handful of bridge or offshore jumps require 18.

This calculator compares your current age against those three common thresholds (14, 16 and 18) so you know at a glance whether you can book a jump, whether a stricter site might turn you away, and whether you will need a parent's signature on the consent form.

ðŸ’Ą Why It Matters

Plan the Adventure

Minimum ages differ from site to site, so knowing which tier applies to you saves you from booking a jump you cannot take. Check your age first, then pick a site whose rules match your situation.

Consent & Paperwork

Jumpers under 18 are almost always required to bring a signed parental consent form — sometimes notarized — and many sites also want a parent present on the day. Sort this out before you arrive so the paperwork never grounds your jump.

Safety Beyond Age

Age is only one box to tick. Operators also enforce weight limits (typically around 35-100 kg / 77-220 lb), minimum height rules, and medical screening for heart conditions, back problems, and pregnancy — so read the fine print even when you are old enough.
